My Privacy Promise to You

Hi, I'm Samantha Dallas, the owner and travel expert behind Beach Happy Travels. I'm a one-person operation. That means when you share your information with me, you're not trusting a big company; you're trusting me.

Your privacy is incredibly important. I'm not in the business of selling data; I'm in the business of planning dream vacations.

I only collect what I need to give you the information you've asked for or to do the job you've hired me to do.

· When you subscribe to my newsletter... * What I collect: Your name and your email address. * Why: To send you the awesome 6-page newsletter and blog posts you asked for! (You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.)

· When you fill out a "Contact Me" or "Plan a Trip" form... * What I collect: Your name, email, phone number, and any travel details you share. * Why: So I can contact you and do the research to plan your trip! I can't design your perfect vacation without knowing what it is.

· When you're just browsing my website... * What I collect: My website host (GoDaddy) may use "cookies" to collect anonymous data about what pages are popular or how people find my site. * Why: This helps me learn what you find interesting so I can create more helpful content! This is anonymous and doesn't tell me who you are.

How I Handle & Share Your Data (Hint: I Don't, Unless You Ask)

· I will never, ever sell your personal information.

· The only time I share your private details is when you have hired me to book your trip.

· To make a reservation with Norwegian Cruise Line, an airline, or a hotel, I must provide them with your legal name, birthday, and other required information. I only share exactly what is needed to secure the bookings you have approved.

How I Handle & Share Your Data (Hint: I Don't, Unless You Ask)

I will never, ever sell your personal information.

The only time I share your private details is when you have hired me to book your trip.

To make a reservation with a cruise line, an airline, or a hotel, I must provide them with your legal name, birthday, and other required information. I only share exactly what is needed to secure the bookings you have approved.

You have the right to:

· Ask me what information I have about you.

· Ask me to delete your information.
